I had a couple issues when I received the machine. Monport was very responsive in my issues. I informed them and they were quick to respond. Laser works great With that note due to their customer service is just ordered their 60w MOPA fiber laser to round out my tools.

Very pleased with my purchase. Packing was extremely good, Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered it on a Sunday, and it was on my doorstep on Thursday! Didn't even need to align mirrors. All the upgrades over a stock K40 make this a very cost effective purchase. Not only is it cheaper this way, but I don't have to spend the time installing them.
