*Now, ALL Monport products are only shipped to the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico )&Canada. The motherboard 2.0 is shipped all over the world. Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Delivery estimates
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Truck Delivery: Your large equipment will be transported along with other customers' shipments in the same truck. This is a cost-effective way to ship oversized items that would be too large for parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Due to the excessive weight and volume of goods transported by truck, products will typically be placed at the roadside nearest to your building entrance. The logistics company does not provide indoor delivery services. If required, please contact the logistics company in advance. Any associated costs will be borne by the customer.
Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Note: Additional shipping charges may apply due to customer-related issues in the following situations:
1. During the first delivery attempt, the recipient was not home and no one was available to sign for the package, resulting in an unsuccessful delivery. A second or multiple delivery attempts are required.
2. The address provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete, or lacks a house number.
Examples: Missing apartment number, unit number, incorrect street name, incorrect postal code, no recipient phone number.
3. The address is in a restricted zone, restricted area, or inaccessible community.
e.g., strict access control with no one to receive the package, private communities prohibiting entry, remote/out-of-zone addresses.
4. Customer requests to change the delivery address or time, resulting in last-minute changes to the address, date, or delivery method during transit, which incurs a redelivery fee.
5. Customer refuses the delivery, cancels the order at the last minute, or requests a return. Direct refusal upon delivery incurs both the delivery fee and the return fee.
6. Requests to leave packages at designated locations (property management, front desk, convenience stores) may require rescheduling if third parties refuse to accept or sign for the package.
7. Packages requiring signature may incur storage/rescheduling fees if the recipient fails to respond or cooperate, resulting in multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts beyond the timeframe.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Monportlaser does not ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 5 business days.
Damages
Monportlaser is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
