I've had the Monport Reno65 Pro for a couple of months and am generally quite pleased. It makes beautiful cuts in 3/8" thick acrylic, even for holes as small as 2mm in diameter. My only quibble is the difficulty in aligning material with the laser, but I haven't yet explored all the features available to do that.
Great machine. I love the power, performance, and features this machine has, compared to my old 40K laser. Still experimenting with different materials, but so far, this purchase has met or exceeded my expectations. Well worth the investment.

Affordable and I'm blown away with what I can create with it. This is my third coin design and I can't wait to design more. This 200 w is a beast once I've dialed in the settings. The six-watt diode laser is also fun to use. It excels at wood and leather.

Great support going through the ordering process. Answered all my questions that they could. We are fixing to start burning so wood. We went through all the setup things to do. But you guys need to make how to videos on how to set it up and get started for each machine you make. We could not find a video on YouTube or anywhere for our machine. So we watched a guy set his up but it wasn't the same as ours. You guys should really think about doing that.

Worked great on my K40 I bought on AliExpress. I was annoyed that the machine was marketed as compatible with Lightburn and wasnt. I found this board on their website and it works great. It’s plug and play with the exception of two added wires. Would recommend purchasing. My machine had the ribbon cable on it.
Lightburn Compatible Motherboard for Desktop 40w CO2 Laser Engraver
I chose the 6 watt version because I mostly need surface engravings and its been pretty impressive so far. Its engraved pretty much everything ive tried so far, its especially good with glass both surface and deep engraving. It also does acrylic super quick without damage or clean up. The laser comes with a free water cooler which was awesome but i believe its actually required for the laser to operate since there's no pump for the water to circulate without it. The cooler is pretty simple to operate. The downside is that monport doesn't supply basic material settings for it, that i know of. Im relying on the omni 6watt manual since they do provide basic material settings for their machine. Im using lightburn and it works fine with the laser. Lightburn just recently supported bsl so its still a bit buggy but most of the issues are framing related. I also have a monport fiber bsl and it behaves the same with lightburn. Overall the laser is pretty impressive and I haven't had any issues so far. I would like for monport to provide basic material settings because I haven't figured out how to cut acrylic without damage, I figured out wood and glass though.

Issues with the laser not performing, a few tweaks to the programming in Lightburn, and all was perfect. Working on putting in a new lens and service is always quick, and very informative.

Although I'm a beginner with laser cutters, I can say that this machine is truly excellent. The results are amazing. I've seen other people's work, and comparing it to the results of someone as inexperienced as me really shows the quality of this cutter. It's astonishing. Regarding Monport's support team, I've had to contact them three times with questions unrelated to technical issues, but they've always responded promptly, both via the website chat and email. In short, I'm very happy with the support team and my Reno65 Pro Vision laser cutter.
I received my tube quickly and it was well packaged. The install was fairly straight forward, and it is working great. I created a press fit acrylic project using 2 colors of 1/8th inch acrylic (orange and white)
I have never had better customer service for anything in my life. This company backs their product 100%. Always prompt to respond to my needs. If I ever buy another laser, it will be from Monport!

So far everything has been great. I've only completed a few test but I'm confident after seeing the results that this will be a good addition to my shop. The laser arrived quickly and undamaged. Setup was simple and some how the laser was still aligned after being shipped and unpacked.

I have the Reno 65 Pro. It has been working it great! I have a couple of other lasers but this is my first CO2 laser. Never worked with acrylic before and I receive this 6mm red sheet from Monport. On Valentine’s Day I thought why play with it. Did a couple of test grids with Lightburn. So first time engraving and cutting I got this great result. Thanks Monport
It's my first CO2 laser and I love it! Setup was straightforward and everything worked, right out of the box.
Fortunately, I haven’t really needed too much in the way of service so far, but if I do need it, I know you guys were there. I was quite pleased with the enclosure. It’s really strong and quite heavy actually my cats like it too.

I purchased the Monport GA 60 watt MOPA Fiber laser and have had a great time with my new hobby that may actually turn into a small buisness. Just purchased a 200mm x 200mm lens to help widen my working field and very much looking forward to learning even more about engraving this year. I may even purchase a 100 watt MOPA Fiber or a 60 watt CO2. Still on the fence.
Has worked out pretty good so far, will be potentially adding a 2nd unit in a few months

I’ve been extremely happy with Monport so far. During the research portion of laser buying, they were helpful and informative. Setup on my laser was so easy, which is good because there’s so much information and separate upgrades and I’m a bit overwhelmed. The laser works well and I can’t believe how easy it is to create beautiful pieces.
Decided to change to a larger lens and worked out great once I got some customer service assistance from Monport technicians. Got me rolling shortly after. 👍

Not bad but needs some improvement
Seems like a nice machine. I just played with it using just the Cad system that comes with it to do some font engraving and it worked fine. It easily engraves deep enough for engraving barrels with caliber marks as well as any NFA requirements. I got Lightburn with mine but still don’t know how to even get it to work. That would be the only gripe. Everything reminds me of trying to install software 20yrs ago.

Nice machine, just not sure why they don't invest on better fans to get the smoke out and better air compressor.
This CO2 laser is great, yes there are some tricky steps to get it all set up and running but once she’s cooking… tons of fun.
