Monport 80W Benefits

Fireproof Viewing Window

This viewing window is made from special fire-resistant polyester with iron frames. The melting point of this polyester ranges from 432° to 488° and the ignition temperature of it is over 1000°, which can dramatically decrease the possibility of fire accidents caused by the heat of laser burning the materials.

Enclosed Aeronautical Aluminum Rail

Equipped with X and Y stepper motors, this rail features efficient power transmission with high precision. The enclosed rail is designed to avoid smoke and debris and prolong the service time of rail units.

Laser Protective Glasses for Free

Lasers emit radiation in the invisible form of light. This pair of laser protective glasses is certified to protect your eyes against radiation damage by looking at the class 4 laser in any way (directly, indirectly, or even looking at the laser dot on a surface can damage your eyes).

Ruida Digital Controller

Whether your chosen software is LightBurn, RDworks, AutoCAD, or CorelDRAW, this Ruida digital controller can support the given platform. The Ruida Controller with a digital display can  control the laser head, start or stop projects, adjust laser power and speed settings and so on.

80W CO2 Engraver Features

High Speed and Resolution

The Engraving Speed is up to 800 mm/s;
The Cutting Speed is up to 400 mm/s;
The Resolution is up to 4500 dpi;
3 LED light strips above the work bed provide illumination for precision;
2.0" Focal distance provides high resolution and etching of tiny fonts

Autofocus

Use the control panel to correct the focus automatically at the touch of a button — no more manual testing and adjustment.

Built-in Air Assist

A built-in air assist system guides a pressurized air stream through the laser head nozzle to displace debris, heat, and combustible gases from the engraving surface and laser beam path, keeping engravings more precise.

3-ways to Connect with PC End

Two USB ports provide options including flash drive connectivity and a USB-to-USB PC connection. In addition, one ethernet port is also available for connection.

Red Dot Guidance

The red dot shows the laser head position, marks the working path and frames the project sizes, assisting you with more convenience and guidance.

Automatic Safety Sensor

The safety shutdown sensor helps stopping the machine even if the window cover is on. Once closed, press the “Enter” button to continue operation.
