Yes, the 40W basic model can work with the Lightburn software. 

Does this work with Mac?

Yes, The 40W laser can work with Mac OS, and it can also work with Window xp/7/8/10/11.

Can this cut transparent acrylic?

Yes. The 40W CO2 laser can cut transparent acrylic. 

Can you etch stainless steel

We recommend you to consider Monport fiber laser for stainless steel engraving. Monport Fiber laser can engrave directly on stainless steel and it can engrave a wider range of materials. Monport 40w pro CO2 laser cannot engrave directly on stainless steel. You can use this machine to engrave on wood, acrylic, leather, paper, textiles, glass, plastics, ceramic tiles and coated/painted metal etc.

What is included with the 40wt pro all in one bundle? Are the chiller and rotary accessory included in it?

40W Pro All-in Bundle contains the following 4 items:

It includes the chiller, but doesn't include the rotary.

Will this cut through transparent, clear of glitter acrylic?
