150W Laser Fume Extractor Features
Strong Suction Power
With 150W strong power, the YW150 fume extractor generates 258 cubic meters/hour of airflow. It can better absorb visible particles and fine dust around the hood head to achieve ideal ventilation effects.
Multi-Layer Filter
This fume extractor is designed with primary filtration cotton, an H13 filter element, and activated carbon. The 3-layer filter provides a purification rate of up to 99.97% to keep the air in the best condition, effectively filtering dust particles above 0.3 microns and absorbing toxic gases, smoke, and odour. (Note: Comes with 4 sheets of primary filtration cotton)
High-Iodine Columnar Carbon
This laser fume extractor uses columnar carbon with 1000-1100 high iodine to provide you with a fresh working environment to ensure respiratory health. (Note: Pillar carbon is affected by the iodine value. The higher the iodine value, the greater the porosity; the larger the surface area, the stronger the adsorption capacity. Its service life is 1.4 times that of ordinary coal-based carbon, and it has higher purification and deodorization capabilities than ordinary activated carbon.)
Foam Cotton Sealing
There is foam cotton on the inside of the cover, which not only prevents smoke leakage, but also enhances the air purification effect, and helps reduce noise to ensure a quiet working environment.
Humanized Design
The body is a durable metal frame. The vents on both sides of the fuselage assist air diffusion. Knob and handle design provide simple and convenient operation.
Compatible Models
This fume extractor provides 100mm adapter and bamboo tube. The 82mm air inlet is suitable for 82mm bamboo tubes and 100mm smoke pipes. It is recommended to use our co2 engraving machines and optical fiber marking machines below 50W. It is also compatible with most diode engraving machines, optical fiber marking machines, and co2 engraving machines on the market.

This monport 150w laser fume extractor with 3 layer filter for co2 & fiber laser engraver, would work on 28"x20", 60W ?
For the 60W laser, we recommend you use a 220W or the 350W fume extractor with the machine. The 150W fume extractor can't wotk with the 60W laser.

Will this work on the 80 watt with built in chiller and the 80 watt 36x24?
This Monport 150W Laser Fume Extractor with 3-Layer Filter for CO2 & Fiber Laser Engraver can't work with the 80 watt with built in chiller because of the different Exhaust Vent Diameter. For the 80W laser, we recommend you use the 350W laser fume.

Is it compatible with Monport 40 W Pro?
Yes, The 150W Laser Fume Extractor is compatible with Monport 40 W Pro laser. Additionally, The 40W laser will also work with the 220W Fume Extractor.

I recently purchased your 60 W laser with autofocus. I also purchased your 80 W air cleaner, but it is not sufficiently capable of removing all the smoke in my laser. So my question is what air purifier do I need.
