The water chiller is a kind of cooling water equipment that can provide constant temperature, constant current, and constant pressure. The water chiller system can effectively lower the temperature of the laser tube, which greatly reduces the damage caused by laser cutting and improves the precision of laser cutting.

Do I need a industrial water chiller?

This mainly depends on the use time of your laser, the use frequency, and the power of the machine. For cooling water, you can use a bucket for small laser machines and get an industrial water chiller for large machines.

If your high-power laser engraver needs to be used for a long time, it is better to equip it with a industrial water chiller. It is not convenient to use a bucket to add water and will produce some pollutants.

Which water chiller is the best one for me?

The 3000 water cooling is enough for k40 lasers. A large laser engraver should ideally be equipped with a 5200 water chiller. However, A 5200 industrial water chiller is best if the ambient temperature is uncontrolled.

How to keep a water chiller from freezing?

Add a certain proportion of antifreeze.

When the indoor temperature is between 0 and -10 degrees Celsius, the water-to-antifreeze ratio should be one-to-one.

When the temperature is below minus 10 degrees Celsius, all antifreeze should be used.

When the temperature is around 0 degrees Celsius, the water-to-antifreeze ratio should be three to one.
