Stronger power：

After upgrading the laser tube (US II-VI lens, all metal head structure), the peak power measured by the 150W machine can reach up to 180W, which will greatly improve your processing efficiency and enable you to cut thicker materials. Similarly cutting 20mm thick acrylic, its efficiency will be more than 12 times higher than a 55w desktop machine from a certain Xbrand. Of course, when upgrading product performance, Monport also ensures economic applicability, with a laser tube lifespan of up to 12000 hours.

More abundant processing space：

Monport provides a large processing space, with a working area of up to 1600 * 1000mm, and is equipped with a honeycomb bed and blade platforms; At the same time, the platform has a maximum lifting range of 180mm, and of course, front and rear passthrough is essential, allowing for the placement of materials up to 20mm thick; Finally, for circular objects, they can also be carved with a rotating axis. We used a 550W high-speed fan with a maximum airflow of 1125m ³/h≈660cfm(more than triple the exhaust volume of other brands), while maintaining excellent noise performance.

Built-in CW5200 Cooling system:

In order to maximize the performance of the laser tube while ensuring its lifespan and safety, Monport has equipped the machine with a built-in CW5200 high-performance intelligent chiller. Its compressor cooling principle can effectively control the temperature within a safe range, without worrying about the laser tube being damaged by high temperatures.

Simpler operation:

After extensive testing, Monport has chosen a most stable and user-friendly motherboard; It is equipped with a 3.5-inch display panel and a variety of functional buttons, allowing almost all computer operations to be performed on the control panel.
